Reservation Policy
• All reservation bookings have to be made through the e-mail or fax.
• All reservation should be required to make either full or partial payment depending on the seasons.

Cancellation Policy
• 50% cancellation charge for 15 days prior to arrival date.(Peak Season)
• 100 % cancellation charges for 14 days and below prior to arrival date/ early departure.
